Memorial Day Beach Trip!

Many people who know me, know I don't love the beach. Every year our friends go to Galveston beach to celebrate Memorial Day together. We haven't been in years, but decided to join them this year. There were almost 100 people this year and we had a fun time. 

It was fun to chat and the weather was nice.

We had a great group of ladies there. 

I love spending time with my family and it ended up being a really nice day, despite my less than enthusiastic attitude about the beach. 

I'm grateful for those who sacrificed for us and who we have this holiday for. I love this country and am grateful for the sacrifices people have made for the freedoms we have.
