Well, after much thought, we have decided to go ahead and move to Houston. We have been waiting for the house to sell, but regardless of the house selling, we need a change in employment and we need some forward progress for our family. Our hearts are full of many different emotions. We have made so many great friends in our 4 years here together. We have both been in Logan for at least 7 years and it has been a place, I swore I couldn't wait to get out of and now am sad to leave. I guess you really can grow to love anywhere you live. We are excited about our new adventures and the job opportunities in Houston, TX. I am also very excited to move closer to one set of grandparents and let the kids have a chance to be close to them at least for a time. As I told Ella we were going to move by Grandma Speers she immediately said "oooo I love Grandma Speers, come on let's go...whoo ooo" and then proceeded to jump in the box! We are very grateful for our family's support and willingness to help us in the scary endeavor. We will miss everyone and hope that our house will sell quickly after we leave. Our plans are to leave on November 29th. So, we say a sad goodbye to Logan, UT and a familiar welcome back to Texas! We will both be city slickers once again!

oh, ps, we're totally friends with adoring fans of your husbands! :D they're in our ward here and they played soccer at Utah State--lige played for 'jakes army' you can see their blog on mine...shelli and lige! anyway...thought it was too funny...everyone knows Rags, even in DC! :Dlol
you really are moving? I know we don't see you much for living so close, but just the thought! Aah!!! Hopefully all will go well for you guys and that your house will sell and Ragnar can have wonderful possibilities in TX! (I'm still sad though:(...)
I am so so sad you are moving. I know we don't see you much but we really won't see you much when you are in Texas. But I hope everythign works out and we will miss you so much. We have to get together before you move!!!

Man, I can't believe you are leaving. I wish it was to WA!! I hope that everything goes smoothly, and that you can find a great job there. It's so hard to just pack up and leave especially when your house hasn't sold, but things will work out, just really rely on each other for support. We love you guys!
boo who :( I can't believe that you are actually going. I told myself this day would never come until we were gone too. Ok-so maybe I am still telling myself that but that is ok whatever keeps me going. I know it will be a good move for your family -and I guess your family should probably come before me. However I still hoping that Ragnar- (&tim) will suddenly become millionaires, then we can build beautiful house right by each other and always be neighbors!
I can't believe you guys are going... I would love to see you guys before you leave for good! Maybe if you guys are driving you can stop at our house and have lunch or something... We don't live far from the freeway... I'm so excited for you! You will have to give me a call with all the details! good luck!
