Peanut Butter Anyone?

This is what happened to our poor little boy when I gave him 3 muddy buddies! Yeah that's what I said, only three with hardly any peanut butter in them! Allergy anyone.... Yikes!

Playdo and Pretend!

Here are a few pictures of Ella, Cavin, and I having fun with Playdo! Ella loves to make new things and Cavin just wants to eat it! We enjoy our days together though and wanted to share our fun!

And here is our new daughter Tinkerbell! All morning she would not let us call her Ella! She was Tinkerbell and referred to me as Silvermist (Tinkerbells friend)! Everytime she wears the green skirt she thinks she is Tinkerbell, it's silly! So....Tinkerbell and Silvermist were flying through the house all morning!

She has a big scab under her nose and on her knees...she hasn't been too graceful this week...poor kid!

Daddy-Daughter Date!

So it's official....Ella went on her first date! Before you start to worry too much, it was with her father! I love daddy daughter dates and think they are so important and am glad Ragnar and Ella get to have a chance to go. They went to go see the movie Monster vs. Aliens. Ella was so excited to go on a date, she even had to put her stick on earrings on! She has such a personality! They got popcorn and Ragnar said Ella put up the arm rest and cuddled with her the whole movie.....I think he might decide Ella is a much more exciting date than me! yikes!

Easter Birthday!!

So many things happened this weekend! We dyed eggs, we had Easter, we had a birthday, and Cavin had his 1 year old check up!
So, I'll start with dying Easter eggs! We had fun and Ella loved to color the eggs and she is one creative girl!




Then, we had a wonderful Easter and it was fun to have Cavin's first birthday on Easter. Grandma and Grandpa Speers bought Ella and Cavin new Easter outfits and Oma and Opa Hartzheim bought Lisa and Ragnar new outfits, we have great parents! We enjoyed our day thinking about the Savior and after we read scriptures, Ella told us the most adorable story about Jesus coming out of the tomb and it was so fun to hear how much excitement was in her voice telling us about Jesus!




After church and celebrating Easter, we took a moment to celebrate Cavin's first year of life! He was such a good kid all day and we had fun having a birthday party! Thank you to my family for thinking of him on his special day! He is one cute curly haired guy!

And last, but not least.....Cavin had his one year appointment! He is now 25 1/2 pounds (90%) and 31 inches long (85%). He is coming down on the charts and we are glad! I still think he is going to be big and tall! He is such a happy, delightful baby and we are SO glad that we have had the last year to share with him! We love you Cavin!

Aunt Daphne!!

Dwight Howard!! WOW!



We had the pleasure of having Ragnar's sister, Aunt Daphne, come to visit us this week and we had so much fun! We went to the Houston Rockets game against the Orlando Magic (I love Dwight Howard!) and got to sit on the court and watch the players warm up! That is the benefit of working for the company! We enjoyed the game and Daphne and I did some shopping before! We also got to see Laurie, Ragnar's cousin and her adorable kids Benson and Connor! We watched movies and chatted and the kids loved having her here! Thanks so much for taking the time to come!! We already miss you!

After hearing of the passing of my Grandpa Wall, my dad got us all kids a flight to Utah to be there to support her. So, Ragnar was brave enough to take the kids for 5 days and away we went. My grandma lives in Vernal, Utah so we got to airport and drove the 3 hours to Vernal. We had a nice visit and the funeral was wonderful. I think it meant a lot for Grandma to have us all there, and I loved being with all my siblings. It was a nice weekend to be together. We will miss Grandpa but it was nice to reflect on the wonderful memories we had of him. I wish I could have gone back to Logan to say hi to friends, but was grateful I was able to be there in Vernal for my grandma. When I got home the kids were still happy and alive, the house was clean, the laundry done, and I even had a nice note, pictures, and a cake. Way to go Rags!!
