The much anticipated soccer season for Deacon has begun. This is the first year in a long time where just Deacon is playing in the Heatwave organization. Ragnar is coaching his team and he is so excited. They are the Teal Titans. He has moved up and is now playing U12, so he has to step it up! A little more than half of the players on his team he has been with for 4 years, but instead of Wes coaching, Ragnar has taken over. They are 4 games into the season now and have already won each game by a good margin. Last week Deacon scored 4 of the 5 goals and had a great game. He has a lot of skill, but he sometimes lacks aggression. Since the kids he plays against are 3 years older, sometimes he gets intimidated and doesn't run and fight for the ball as aggressively as he could, but he is a great player, continues to improve and we love to watch him play!
